In the red hill dungeons during the siege, when you revisit the cells you started in there is a bit of dialogue that repeats every time a character steps on the square outside the bottom right cell door. I assume that it's only supposed to trigger once?
I could get a screenshot for you, but it would mean backtracking from the officers barracks so would rather avoid that if not needed!
