I started playing on my iPad 3 last week. Then I got my new iPad Pro, restored the iPads state from iCloud, which took almost a day because of Ho many apps I have.
meanwhile I was still playing Templar on my old iPad. Now my new one is up, but when I try to play it, it is not syncing up to the latest state on my old iPad like most of my other games do.
Is is there something I can/need to do to get this thing work? Or is it a feature/limitation? Failing that is there an easy way to do a one time resend so I can make my new iPad my main device without losing this last days progress?
thx.

Any information about the devices in question or the iOS being run? I can inquire with Apple if there is anything needed.

old device is an iPad 4 I think. It's running iOS 9.3.5
New one is iPad Pro running iOS 9.3
I don't really think that this is an apple issue as my other games are syncing fine. Just to be clear, I do not think that this has anything to do with iCloud (now) because AFAIK iCloud is not used for live syncing games states and is just used for backup, restore and recovery. I only mentioned as context for how the game got to a day old state on the new device.
Wha it appears is that the Templars game is not syncing at all and seems to have no awareness of the other device or its game state. What I asking is, is this A) a bug in the game, or B) just a limitation of the game that is, it just doesn't do multi-device syncing via Game Center, or whatever the way some other games do.
I as because there are plenty of games that don't do this (like most Freecell games, for instance) though usually apps with long progressive game states do.

B) It does not do multiple device sync via Game Center.
I thought you were asking about backup and restore.
Thanks for the clarification.
We're a team of two people working very hard to improve our games and support as many features, platforms and players as we possibly can.

Ok, thanks. Add this to the wish list, I guess.

To be fair you said at the start of the year this was being work d on. Even Dropbox would be great. Any updates?

I fear the todo list of the Trese brothers is beyond the grasp of mere mortals I believe that Dropbox saving is being worked on, but probably not necessarily as a focus right now, due to gearing up for the ST2 alpha and the recent TBF enhancements. Anything that mucks around with save games has to be beyond reproach and 100% reliable

Only that we have worked on it, made some progress, got stuck, worked on it again, got stuck, and that it is on our strategic goals list. No ETAs as this time. We are a small team, doing our best.
