Probably unlikely but....it'd be cool if we could have some kind of briefing or something for the upcoming level. Not really a big deal but it'd make choosing Requisitions easier.

hissrad - I've thought about this too. We already get some intel from safe zones and at the beginning of a level, but nothing that really steers our RQ. Maybe Luthor or Hok could include a few simple lines; "This will be tight corridor fighting", or even "You may want to consider requisitioning (insert item/ordnance)". On the other hand, it speaks to the overall greatness of BF that there's no one way to do RQ, and one can be successful so many ways. Even with the same basic lineup, no two squads have ever been exactly same. Plus, replay! I play TBF obsessively, and just now am beginning to remember which level is which. So I get where you're coming from, you want the best gear you can get per level. I don't know if you use guides, but this one is great, plus it can be used to help guide your RQ: startradersrpg.proboards.com/thread/12426/templar-battleforce-game-guide

I like to try the levels blind but....if I fail I'll likely try a guide. I've gotten through most of the available stuff(dealt with the Narvidian's Worm.....thing)
Just thought this might help new players rq wise or when your setting up your templars. Not that big of a deal but would be cool.

capthawk that guide is pretty good, it did help me out when I was having trouble a few times.

As the game is right now, all I do is take a look at the level start, then quit before my first turn when I'm unsure what to RQ, or realize I've got the wrong gear and talents on. Which as you said, isn't a big deal. Plus, so many levels are delightfully open-ended as to the ways you can run them.

hissrad - thanks for the request. I don't think it is something we will add to the game at this point, it wasn't designed in and would be hard to shoehorn in there.
