If you talk about cyberpunk equipments from 80s to 90s era, there are many things to reference to. But one weird looking gadget that stands out from others is the electronic one sided eyepad that gives users some useful information during mission. I think almost all cyberpunk movies (with some budget) used this kind of prop as a symbolic of the combination between man and machine (from my memory...Star Trek, Universal Soldier and some low budget cyberpunk movies). I guess Cyber Knight 2 won't be complete without it. Next artwork maybe I draw a new specie like....Android???

Hah! Google Glass is the new eyepad. And current tech writing talks about this stuff as a contact lens ....

Cyberpunk has become retro-futuristic already. Wonder if players will be able to access data terminal wirelessly in CK2, physical terminals are quite retro compare to current technologies.

No, we liked the wired retro-future and do a lot of work in the game to explain why it is necessary in the lore.
Thanks for the post!

I love cyberpunk and totally cool with it. Some data terminals in sci-fi movies also have a weird security lock like a small key hole that requires a needle that extended from users' fingertip to unlock it. Really cool! Images from AMERICAN CYBORG: STEEL WARRIOR, my favorite.

I like the health system nod to Deus Ex (The classic one there). I wonder if we will get Matrix style combat in CK2. It would be pretty cool to have a fight against a virus or a Counter-Hacker (because let's be honest... why haven't enemy hackers found me in CK?)

Merry Christmas to you all. I hope you get a good present for yourself after the hard working year. For me, I plan to get myself an implant. But it's so hard to choose a clinic. Or maybe I should hold that thought..."killer doc" graffiti is there.

Thank you, fallenI made another one. Tried adding a digital billboard into the scene. Make it more futuristic and lively. Will do the same to other buildings also.
