Where exactly does the Fang quest come in at? Where do you get it? On my first playthrough I missed it and I was sure that I had done everything I could (though obviously not.)

jag - there are a few conditions: 1) You've agreed to enter the City of the Dead under the banner of one of the two factions. 2) You've been to Granthorn in the far south east. 3) Then, visit either the inn at Granthorn or the castle in Brunehorn.
