Hey guys i'm looking for some important backroom characters the guy on the top of my list is Dr cure all where can i find him and other important individuals i have been searching for a while now and no luck as of yet

Dr Cure All is not a backroom character. You have to be lucky and get him in a v-chip drop.

Either Mars or Aztek, but you are no more likely to find his chip in their territories than in Ganger land. It's just random.

sparda4 - you may get V-Chips through a certain set of encounters. Often people who approach you on the street.
