Can't leave Braeyshaulm

Hi

I am stuck in Braeyshaulm

My story line is sending me to the city of Brunehorn now. Leaving Braeyshaulm I can go in 4 directions

North- To Gholla Outlook- quest completed already
South- To the now empty War Camp nothing there
East- Back towards Storm Brothers who have sent me on a quest heading to Brunehorn (West) 

West- Simply does nothing. No words appear when I try to leave it just stops my movement then does nothing including letting me head West so I can begin the long journey to Brunehorn.

Long story short- No quests, Nothing to do but specifically get to Brunehorn but I can not exit Braeyshaulm to get there....I see no alternative way

@mj - you'd want to go south to the war camp. Then, visit the boat house, they will ferry you across to the Koda side.
