You may need to enable view hidden folders in file explorer settings.

AppData is a hidden folder, which would need to be visible.

Sorry we can't seem to help at this time. I spent about two hours trying to find any occurrence of the bug yesterday.

Is there any conversation in the game that you can go to that will show it repetitively? Such as the rejection dialog when approaching the HQ in Freeport?

Open any Explorer window, into its address bar, enter %LocalAppData%\HeroesOfSteel.win32 and hit Enter.
That's the directory you need.

no, it happend where i reported it, starting at the freeport region and finsihed in Braeyshaulm.

I would also suggest backing up that folder and uninstall / reinstall on Steam. The folder should not be effected, but I don't think you will see the bug anymore.
