Would it be possible.....for a Overwatch style attack to be added? Coming back from Templar Battleforce and it seems like a good match.

It isn't possible at this point, but would definitely be something we'd included in future games. Unfortunately the game mechanics required for it to work were not introduced until Templar Battleforce (which came after 4X.)
