I'm on a HTC Android version 5.1

Made, Not Born Cybersword on Brutal difficulty

Game version 2.9.35 on Google Play Store

Last update says the issue was fixed but my new character on Brutal frequently has to cancel missions to Dorchester just to continue.

We were able to resolve it in some situations but it continued to occur in others.
