No, but despite what the game says, you can put an unlimited number of bullets into your cyberloader, so don't worry about running out if it is packed full of the wrong stuff for your new gun. If, alas, you just found out what heavy shells sell for and wanted to sell a few .... sorry, no way to do it.

I get rid of heavy ammo by giving everyone shotguns and waiting till there is a street war against Knight Horizon. There is something that just feels so right about swatting drones with shotguns. Maybe it's not so lucrative, but it is very satisfying.
