Guns? My STRPG captain on Impossible would beat Xenos in a pure barrage gun fight (or at least we'd get into a weird stalemate where both sides always miss). The way to kill me in STRPG would be to board me, but Xenos don't seem to have any boarding ships in ST4X (perhaps because any boarding parties against a Templar ship would be instantly met by an extreme storm of fire and steel). Even if you somehow get past our ships, you'll momentarily have to contend with our mighty Steel Fortresses before reinforcements come around and destroy your hulls. So, yeah, no win for Xenos  |
