You're going to have to pick a ship eventually, you can just go back and forth between the ship list and the ship details page (where the teaser Customize button is.)

Aha, my problem is that I am overbudget, nevermind .... I do want to make it so you can browse ships, even when they're too expensive for your current priority. Otherwise, it will be a lot of putting ship at A, looking at all the ships, moving ship down, looking again, etc. We've got a ways to go on a lot of these UI, but that's why we have such a patient and helpful alpha team! |

I've taken #ST-3314 to make sure the budget is printed into the screen where you are selecting a ship.
