First of all the global, local and back buttons don't fit the beautiful box you've made for them

Also on opening they show the global list despite the local button being filled in. Clicking local will remove some of these to show the correctly filtered list

Took #ST2-3319 to fix the local/global issue.

I can't reproduce this issue, tried with a number of Captains.
