You can pick up to 20pts of attributes, though it won't be valid once you leave the screen. Also, the counter works backwards, starting you out at 0/15 points and counting up rather than 15/15 and counting down. It's a bit confusing.

Officer Genious - ok, we've taken #ST2-3324 to consider these two. The counter is counting points spent (0/15) not points remaining. I think, either way we put it, some people will find it confusing. The ability to go over max was included to prevent you from hitting the max and then having to make small, point adjustments to get exactly what you want. Since you can overmax, you can set anything you like and then ratchet down.
