Text Overlap On 4:3 Aspect Ratio

I noticed that some of the text is overlapping on 4:3 aspect ratio displays. The Windows version looked fine at 1080p, but when I tried starting the Android version on my Galaxy Tab S2 (screenshot below) I quickly noticed the problem. I have since also verified the problem exists on the Windows version by switching to a 4:3 windowed mode resolution. Perhaps the panel on the left should scale vertically as well as horizontally.

bdmarvel - thanks for the post! This is an area where the entire UI is going to be redone, so I've taken a note or two about it.
