I did my first mission, it was a bounty hunter/kill mission
Once I got to the site, the 'attack' took about 4 steps, taking nearly 2 weeks. Is this supposed to be normal?

I'll have to try another and check. Seemed like a LOT of going through that took a lot longer than it should. But that's just first impression

In game time, or in real time? Is this "too many clicks to finish" or "the mission required lots of moving between worlds?"

The mission was 3 jumps away.. Long, but that was my mistake in taking it.
The 'too long' was that once I was on-planet, the 4 different mission parts for the find&kill.... The kill in game-time was 'barely any time' or the like.
Each of the other parts was 4-5 days apiece.
The travel took quite a bit. 2 days per jump, plus all the normal travel itself. But it seemed like the on-planet bit just ate up a lot more time.

No problem. If it had been a 'find them in wilderness' I could potentially see some of it taking that long. But I figure even then, a ship stands out in the wilderness at least to some degree. But in a limited-space city.. It wouldn't take quite so long.
Next time I do one I'll try to screen-shot each step so that I can better list (and personally understand) what each little bit was.
I hadn't expected 4 steps to find/kill the guy. So it seemed like I had to keep redoing just to complete the 'single' phase of that mission.

Alex Fury - yeah, I think some of the intention is that those events are supposed to happen on different worlds, but we're early days with bounty hunting missions.
