Could we have it saying also "and also unlock X number of restricted goods" when buying new permit levels?
More of a new player thing, but I was surprised to see new commodities available for trade after buying permits. I suppose it never crossed my mind that they weren't being shown because of my lacking the authority to trade in them.
The 'sell cargo' and 'status->cargo' screens definitely need legality and permit levels displayed as well, I assume this is already planned though.
