Sale of records is not currently available. It will be a function of Preamble (trade) and Contacts (Sale.)
Records are tied to a specific Faction as well as a specific Conflict.
Some Records can be created without a Conflict, but they're less valuable and have less impact.
If you fail to sell your Records before the linked Conflict is resolved, they will be reduced to generic Records.
They will be a very important way for the player to influence Conflicts and power broker with Contacts.
