It looks like most officers have a pay rate of $51, but an Exo-scout officer (that I've initially recruited from a retired explorer) has a pay rate of $16. IDK if this is due to a bug, contact-recruited crew having special properties, or undiscovered traits.

Took #3397 to investigate.
