I have a screenshot of it and can go through the hassle of pulling it off my phone if need be, but there is a settlement out there named (blank). As in, there is no name for this settlement. I found it on one of those dual colony worlds, but didn't think to grab a screenshot of the settlement it spawned next to. I'm guessing there is just a blank entry somewhere in your master list.
