If I tap mission / contact / rumors icons game crashes but can restart and load captain.
Usually can cause this by tapping 'contacts', 'back' and 'mission'

What is your device and OS info? so the TBs can look up your crash and tie it to this post in the forum.

Does it reproduce like this?
*Start*
New/Load Game
Get [Any Mission]
Select Galaxy Map
Select Missions
Select [First Mission]
Select Waypoint
Close with X
*crash*
If so, this is #3422 and is fixed for next.

vaulkon - another option is that you are trying to play a saved game that came from the 1.0.17 family. Everything you mentioned had saved game format changes in the 1.0.19 release family, so if you try to play a game from 1.0.17 forward into 1.0.19, you'll get these crashes.

Just to be safe, cleared cache, uninstall and install latest version.
In galaxy map if I just select contacts, back, mission... Crash

We hard reproduced it under another set of steps, but they had the same root cause. This is fixed for next, sorry about that. |
