I just got one of those too, when I had _never_ taken a passenger. Came here to report it. This is a brand new captain, and what I did was mess up a secret message in the spice hall mission. I had a transport case. But I am not sure that the one I had went away, as no missions aside from the messed up secret mission seemed to go sour on me, despite what the screen said.
