Can't say how many times I've tried to press the status or menu buttons in the top-right only to miss slightly and have my ship go careening of to nowhere. This area shouldn't allow clicks to go through.

1.0.19 fixed that for me. What platform are you on that still has the problem?

There are probably a few little places left. If you're specific about issues, we can address them.
Otherwise, we will get this in polish and testing phase at the end.

I'm not talking about the any of the overlays that pop up, but the area with the crew health, morale, and capt hp in the upper right on the quadrant map.

I'm not talking about the any of the overlays that pop up, but the area with the crew health, morale, and capt hp in the upper right on the quadrant map. I can't tell you how many times I've absent-mindedly pressed the bar indicator, thinking it would open the status... but it's just so darn pressable! :-) Note to Cory Trese, it might not be a bad idea to do that; might help solve some small screen/big finger problems too. |

what bar indicator? I'm sure fallen wouldn't mind more ideas on the HUD. He's getting ready to re-do it completly I think |

Speaking of redoing the HUD, is the crew background supposed to be blank in this version or is that a hiccup with the alpha? When I'm selecting a crew member to view (e.g. to level or equip gear), I don't see the BF-styled menu background and instead see a black background.

He's getting ready to re-do it completly I think To the left of the status button, there is a horizontal bar indicator of crew (health?), morale (crew), captain hp (health points or health percentage??). If you tap or click it, your ship will start moving towards it. Screenshot to be clear which screen I'm referring... 
PS. Check out the ship damage indicator there! I think I'm one torp away from exploding into nothingness... |
