So I land on this world and discover rumour spice festival. Haul to another planet and buy a shed load of spice, fly back and told need a permit (oops, my permit wrong faction). So off I fly to another planet to successfully acquire the right faction trade permit. But on my return then discover illegal to sell spice despite their being a spice festival.
Should rumor state 'illegal spice festival' ?
Also would be useful at first instance trying to sell spice it states 'trade permit required AND illegal to sell spice'
(Yes I know. Should have checked the law level)
