Alright! The backroom system is awesome. The new UI is great,I'm curiouse as to what those 2 empty boxes next to the map are. Holy crap!,runners!,its late and I need to sleep before work..sadly,but tomorrow I will definatly be testing out Apostle and Surgeon. Oh yeah, Awesome job Cory and team.  |

Great job quick question where can u find the runners? I havent got a chance to look much but was wondering if i could get a general direction lol. Love the new ships on st and havin fun with ta to. Cant wait till st 2 comes out

The two boxes, from what I can tell, replace the 'colored yen symbol'. Meaning, one tells of your ammo count, the other if you are being followed.
(no clue what the following bit actually means or how it affects gameplay)
The backrooms (spoiler!) Are located in businesses which have the 45¥ 'private room' option.

the newest update (0.6.1) introduces a new icon into the mini-map which identifies buildings that have backrooms. Its unique (a 4 plot with smaller icons in it). this will help you locate back-rooms.
If you want to hire runners, you need to go into a backroom and hang out until you can find a PersonaFix who will talk to you. This has to do with reputation, and spending time and money. They like you better if you spend money! The PersonaFix will offer to hook you up with a semi-permanent runner. Once you have worked together once, the runner is in your network (see Team Actions) and can be called back when needed (though may not show up as fast as you want =)
