The leveling system is very cool. I love the way it lets you build out the crew.
I found it a bit confusing at first differentiating between character levels and their job levels.
If Job replaced level with another word, like rating, that would make it a bit easier.
Or it could be vice versa, Captain/Officer/Crew could use rank, and Job could continue to use level.
