I'd take an RFE here but I'm not sure what, if anything, is currently missing in terms of trade goods legality/permit display.

I think @earthsuit wants an icon + note for some goods saying -- look out, regardless of your trade permit level, this thing is hard to move because many worlds don't want any of it AT ALL.
I think this is based on the Gov level of the world, but I could be wrong about that.
I don't know the answer because I just always try to know a bunch of independent worlds and take things there to sell when I run into problems. But I think @earthsuit wants to avoid gettting a cargo hold full of things he cannot move, so wants a warning at purchase time.
I just want the ability to do a price based sort.

Currently you can sort by demand, which I think is more important. We can try to squeeze more sorts in there, but it isn't necessary going to benefit of the player.
Hopefully everyone checks out the new version and agrees that the game is already fully displaying all relevant Trade and Law Level details about each good, locally restricted or not.
If there is something I'm missing, I'll definitely log an RFE. So far all I am seeing here is "fixed in previous."

I didn't say that I wanted to replace the ability to sort by demand, just sort by price as an option. I.e. right now, I do not care how badly you want to sell me Power Generators. I cannot afford to buy even one. Just hand me some nice narcotic spice, ok, even if you aren't as anxious to sell that. I have the cash for that.

Cory Trese, I like the new exchange layout. But, I agree with grävling that a sort by demand would also be nice. I would think that would require a separate column though.

I don't want another column. We already have sort by demand. I want to click on the Price Per Unit header. Right now that flips us between sort increasing and sort decreasing, based on A-F rating. I want two more sorts, Sort by Price (increasing) and Sort by Price (decreasing). Toggle between all 4.
