Playing on Challenging. I went to execute a mark in an urban zone, and put my Captain in combat, equipped with the default Weapons Locker A2 armor and a Vulture Snubber. I attempted to use Steadfast aim several times, yet every time I did, no animation played, and nothing resulted from it. No enemy crew damage, no buff to my Captain. The default attack Talent worked just fine.
