Yes! Any info on how they are supposed to work would be greatly appreciated. A few contacts immediately close out the conversation, but I don't know if that's on purpose or a bug.
Spoiler: you can get to the backroom in bars/etc that have a 'backroom for 45¥' dialogue.
Spoiler2: I found a staff member that said I needed more rep for me to talk to her. I did a few missions, came back, and now im too well known... what?! Lol

It looks like each time you listen, order food, or get a drink there is a chance that someone to talk to pops up. Listen is free but is used up after clicked, and refreshes after ordering food or drink.
I'm sure its short for synth food,not food for or made from LordofSyn. ;D

So i think XD Maybe a grammar fix in Sinth-Food could be nice ^_^ Yes I don't understand the Staff Girls..What do they want ;D?? and seriously,what do they offer? And by which(or by what?? my english knowledge ends here xD)criteria???

Maybe in the future, there is a megacorp called SynSatiables, and they are the world's premier synthetic food manufactory. SynBurgers, SynFries, SynCheese, SynCola... Hrm... would that make LordOfSyn basically like Ronald McDonald?  |

@gravis has the best explanation yet on the post. As you hang out in the backroom (buy a bite to eat, listen, order vudka, and as the system expands, do other things), people come and go. These backroom visitors offer a lot of services. a lot of services are gated by reputation (see LJHalfbreed). Some of the VIP people offer jobs, others are selling drugs, services, gear, or are good at connecting you with semi-permanent hires (runners). The latter is called a PersonaFix. Once you hire a runner, if you come back into a VIP room, you can put out the call (in Team Actions) and try to find your runner again. This means that locating the right team members for a set of runs from your network of runners (which can get very large!!!) usually requires some hanging out in VIP rooms, drinking, talking to people and putting out the call until they show up again. Hope that helps! Suggestions are encouraged. |

Suggestion!
Can WE connect runners with factions and get a cut of the profits if the deal is successful?
I'm sure most connectors used to be CKs that walked the streets themselves and worked their way up or something.
Maybe we can, with a high enough rep, get calls from our Faction leaders to appoint a runner from BackRooms to do some less important stuff while giving us another more urgent mission?
