Crafty: +10% Critical, -10% Damage, +10% Chance to resist debuffs
True Believer: +20% Armor +5% Damage (only gained via mutation path linked to high reputation with Templar faction)
Limber: +20% Dodge, -10% Armor
Extremist: +6 Resilience, takes 50% extra HP damage when morale is less than 50.
Indie Fascination: Gains 20-30 Morale when landing on an Indie world for the first time. +1 Wisdom
Faction Snob: Lose 5-10 Morale when landing on an Indie colony. -1 Charisma
Welcoming: Gain 5-15 Morale and XP when recruiting a new crew member through a contact.
Chronicler: Gain 5-10 XP whenever you learn of a rumor.
Historian: Gain 3-6 XP whenever you learn of a rumor. +4 Wisdom, -4 Strength
Trustworthy Contractor (terrible name!): Lose 10-30 Morale when cancelling or failing a mission. +1 All Statistics
Faction Loyalist: Loses 5-10 Morale whenever reputation is lost with original faction. +2 Strength
Uplifting: Prevents up to 5 Morale damage to a crew mate when morale damage is dealt Charimsa % of the time. +4 Charisma
Blood Disease: Max HP can be lowered to 90. -5 Fortitude. Small chance of spreading to other crew members.
Misleading: Distracting conversation enables petty theft in Exchanges. Gain up to 600 Credits Charisma % of the time when passing a Stealth roll on a planet. (Auto-saves don't count.)

A bunch of Contact Trait suggestions. While I appreciate having a contact trait that recruits doctors, I don't understand what sabotage necessarily has to do with doctors. 1. This sort of relates to resistor's comment on the game update thread. I agree it didn't make sense when I read that Saboteurs would get Recruits Doctors service. It might be better just to make new ones specifically for this purpose. Names are up for debate.
Medical Interest / Medical Research / Search for Immortality / Fear of Death / Sickly: Recruits Doctor, Discounted Healing, occasional Doctor missions
Fear of Assassins / Insecurity: Recruits Combat Medics and Bodyguards (cause he wants plenty of them on hand to defend/heal him in case he gets attacked ), bonus Rep for Patrolling his system, occasional BH/Warden missions 2. It would also be cool if the existing Techno Addict contact trait (Obsessed with technological progress) also boosts the likelihood of his offered Recruits having the Device Freak trait. 3. Why does Negotiator contact trait (Requires an additional 25% Influence and 10% Rep. Missions pay 10% less, Recruits Merchants) offer Recruits Merchants instead of Diplomats? Perhaps should be renamed to Skillful Bargainer or something like that to reduce overlap with Political (10% Mission Bonus, 10% Rank Discount, Counts Faction Rep 25% more in Effective Rep, Recruits Diplomats). 4. Does Underworld (Is connected to the criminal underground) grant access to Black Market? Wiki doesn't mention, but I thought it might be appropriate.
5. Supports Templar: Increased Missions in support of Templar Faction.
6. Hates/Supports United Coalition

1. Yes, we saw that post! 2. Thanks! 3. Political offers Diplomat recruits. 4. Underworld, Greedy, Corrupt all have the ability to tun a non-Black Market contact into a Black Market contact. Check the Black Market column on the wiki (https://startraders.gamepedia.com/Contacts)

Frontline Vanguard: +10% Accuracy, +15% Armor while in front position in crew combat
Midline Supporter: +10% Accuracy, +15% Dodge while in positions 2 or 3 in crew combat
Rearguard: +10% Accuracy, +5% Critical chance while in the backmost position in crew combat

Cheerleader (better name required, but you get the idea) "Vae Victus!"
Boosts morale of own team by 5-10 (or a Charisma-based roll) when an enemy is taken down in crew combat. An appropriate bark is displayed to highlight this effect.
Trashtalker (better name required, but you get the idea) "I've fought Xeno larvae that lasted longer than that!"
