Insecure.
You get it after something very bad happens to you. You lose morale quicker. All your crewmates who have Empathetic traits have a chance to lose morale whenever you do. You are really a dreadful emotional burden to have around.

Great suggestion, always happy to see more.
Sounds a bit like --
Moody Volatile temperament brings down energy, 50% to double all negative Morale changes

Bipolar: 50% chance of doubling all Morale gains or losses. They are either very up or very down. Possibly extend it to causing other crew members to get extra Morale gains/losses as well as their mood swings affect others.

I think s/Authority Figure/Reveres Authority/ as well
unless you like 'Sycophantic Toady' even better, of course.

I got some suggestions
Power Hungry: Always joins an active mutiny, regardless of current morale. If promoted to an officer, morale loss is halved, and morale gain is doubled. The idea of having a treacherous crewman who's always looking for a chance to stab you in the back is amusing.
Spiritual Focus: Those who possess this trait see past worldly turmoil, so their morale loss reduced by 50%. I suggested this because I didn't notice any traits that simply reduce morale loss.
Depresion Prone: Morale loss is increased by 50%. Might as well have a trait with the opposite effect as "Spiritual Focus".

Cheerful
Doesn't lose morale and causes morale gains in their teammates?

Cheerful Doesn't lose morale and causes morale gains in their teammates? Listener Empathetic and approachable, a gain in Morale causes an equal gain for another crew member +2 Initiative Maybe it could use a rename, but I liked its link to +2 Init

Will see this one added for sure!

The only mutinies I have had did not lead to crew combat. Are they all supposed to go there, or is that supposed to be a rare event?

It is a very bad result. At the worst case, you are sending 7 crew members to their Death Save. Your Captain is forced to join the fight.
