I'm a level 3 Captain in a Juror, and he has a HeavyLift. With Surrender or Fight the only options, I figured it was Surrender or Die.
But I would like the Results of the Defeat in Battle screen list what I have lost. Either its own button, or part of Ship Damage.

If it didn't list anything, then nothing was taken. I can see about adding a note that says that. I'll test it out and see if that works better or not.

Well, after they looted me, there was a difference of opinion as to whether my hold was empty or not. When I went to sell things, the exchange said that my hold was empty. But when I went to buy things, the exchange thought my hold was full. The last link of mine in that thread is just silly fiction we are writing about our experiences. I am pretty sure my hold was full when the Pirate attacked me, and I surrendered without a fight, but I am certain I had something in there you need a level 2 trade permit to sell legally, because I dug it up exploring and cannot sell it as I don't have a contact in the house with good enough rep (yet) to sell me one.

I don't remember the exact circumstances, but something similar had happened to me in 1.0.23 - hold was "empty" (no cargo in status screen or exchange) but Cargo reading still said 20/50. I think it reset after I went to a different planet. I'll pay attention if it happens again.
