I took a return package mission. The first leg of the journey was to a wilderness zone. When I got there and clicked the mission icon, the text told me that the transaction was to take place at the spaceport so I needed to wait for the contact. The mission result screen showed that I completed that portion of the overall mission, but it seemed odd that I would meet a contact in a spaceport that does not exist.
