Crew Leveling Prompt/Indicator

Whenever a crew member levels in the spice hall it is reported in the ships log.  However, Crew members can level several times before they can add Job Levels or Talents.  Rather than checking the crew roster every time that I got a leveling report, would it be possible to add an indicator to the crew button on the ship status page (same style as used for the starport and spice hall prompt on the zone screen?) to show that crew are ready for Job / Talent training?

bobc - took #3485 to add this, great suggestion. We can also make the Spice Hall gold text clearer.

This will be visible from the main HUD in the next release.

There will also be a marker on the main status page.
