crew ui usability improvement (should be minor)

Say you are scrolling along in a list, or filtered list of crew looking for somebody, such as 'who is to be the new officer?' and you find somebody whom you want to fire. So you do. You immediately get put back in the top level display of all crew members, (who fit the filter criteria), leaving you to guess, hmm, now where was I in this list? It would be a lot better if the display put you back to 'the last person you were looking at' or the first person in the new list, if you just fired crewmember #1.
