[Win10 1.0.25] Two crew in one slot

I think someone got killed in crew combat, at the same time that someone got pushed back by Suppressing Fire. It didn't crash however.

EDIT: Continuing the combat shows that she is still active, and is counted as being in slot 2.

EDIT: Guy in Slot 2 died, and it caused a crash. Sent in a report.

EDIT: Loading combat has my Captain as being gone, and winning the combat caused another crash.
