I want some more information on the merchant trait that give rep for trading $X amount.
I've had it activate a few times, but when I check the politics window, I see no change.
Are there planet specific rep and faction rep?

I think this may be " Cory Trese forgot to add the rep adding code in the part of the trait where it fires". It's been a problem other places. |

Are there planet specific rep and faction rep? This is implemented. You are given a Rep bonus with the local Faction. It should appear in your Event List (bottom right). We are working on some immediately notification as the trade action completes. The trade amount is $5,000 in a single trade. If you are not crossing the threshold in a single trade, you are not running the Talent. |

Possible this is just a bug in the politics window. I'll figure it out.

Are there planet specific rep and faction rep? Ok, further investigation shows this was bugged. Fixed for next. You should see the event in the list, but no rep change was saved. |

Awesome.
So for now no rep raise for that. For the next version I guess it's an option to get a faction on your side, especially after I hunted down a criminal from their faction.
