[1.0.25] Signal Array bonus not triggering

As a continuation of the last misfire bug report (which you fixed already), I suddenly realized that the 1/2/3-Arc Signal Arrays are supposed to give a notification text when triggered... I've done 102 spy operations so far, and have never seen the notification text pop up on Data Records card results.

Either it's not triggering, or somehow it is being suppressed by Sly trait.

Yep, the component was simply skipped in processing.
