Steadfast Aim has some pretty awesome bonuses for hitting the target, but when used nothing happens.there's no boost and no damage to the enemy.
Another one that doesn't seem to work like the description says, is Lethal Hit. It seems to affect the enemy moral, yet the description says it affects hit points.
