I'm a level 3 Merchant playing on Normal.
It is turn 508.
I made 'contacts' my #5 Priority, i.e. I only got one. I took a Prince.
He didn't show up as knowing anybody at all to introduce me to, which I know will be changed in the next release, but still was a tad disappointing.
I took the Friendly Banter talent.
I just checked my global contact list to see how that is working out, and I have 5 contacts already.

Sorry, not sure what we can do. It requires updates to fix bugs

Nerfed -- all for the better, now dependent upon 10% + Charisma.

Working through a lot of the Talents today to make sure they are thoroughly linked to Attributes and Skills for success.
