Just went to doctor with "Max HP:0" which seems like no doctor

Just went to doctor with "Max HP:0" which seems like no doctor - can you share any other details? Most important would be the zone attributes (Govt, etc) and any conflicts or rumors that are active. |

0 gov
10 spice
0 law
10 population
No rumors, solar war ss vs cj and trade ban cj vs dv
Probably related, planet also has 150 max morale for spice and entertain but won't actually push crew morale passed about 80

filthyluca - this is caused by 0 Govt. We're continuing to work on honing the proc gen to avoid really out of band planets like this. I will work on the Spice Hall list to suppress the doctor if it isn't going to be able to heal anything.

I cannot tell if it was odd, but not really out of band, or if it was also an indication that procgen had a hiccup. I couldn't tell about the 'amusing place' or the 'hippie commune' either, and both of those turned out to be in the 'not supposed to happen' outcome. |
