Bounty Hunters Special Ability ?

I cannot locate the Bounty Hunters Special ability can you help me?

For example the special Ability for a Pirate is Improved Looting, or Military, Better Recruits.

Is there a way to get the stats for the special abilities? For example what actual stat advantage does Improved Looting provide? Something like a 50% bonus?

That text is both misleading and meaningless at this point.

It should probably put a list of the possible talents that a Job can get. There are no special abilities outside of the job at this time.
