 I have this job to do. But what is the Steel Song flag doing on the mission? I'm going to an independent settlement to meet with some Independents. Shouldn't that be the flag I see?  That's what the place looks like in orbit. De Valtos world, it seems  Still looks De Valtos...  Hey, that bit of wilderness is Independent.  And so is that one! So why isn't the whole planet marked Independent? |

Took a minor bug, #3521 -- double wilderness on planet but planet is still de valtos
