Just a tiny UI thingy on opening contacts on the Galaxy Map screen:
1. Missions/Contacts/Rumors menu on the left covers up the contacts (you can't select any of the menu buttons, which is prob what we want)
2. The contacts screen opens up to 'Local' button selection at the bottom (and shows Global contacts), it does correct itself when you click on the Global/Local area tho.
