I can't seem to download the latest android version on hockey puck. It has been a couple days trying. Rebooted phone and still no go.

Are you trying to download ST2 over wifi? If so, you might try a different wifi network, one with a strong, consistent signal. OR, try using cellular data. OR, try setting your Display>Sleep to 30 minutes and keeping the HockeyApp at the top. That seemed to work for me in the past.
I've always had problems with the HockeyApp on my home wifi, AT&T broadband. Most recently, the ST2 page would NOT load in the HockeyApp. I switched to my cellular data (T-Mobile), the ST2 page loaded in seconds and the app downloaded in under a minute. ST2 is around 50mb, so not too bad of a hit versus my monthly data allowance.
In the past, I got HockeyApp to work on my home wifi by setting Sleep to 30 minutes and leaving HockeyApp on top. But, that took a long time.
Google Play apps and updates download flawlessly on my home wifi. I'm not sure why the HockeyApp doesn't work on my home wifi. I have a strong signal from the wireless router, so that is NOT the problem. I suspect it may be something inherent in AT&T broadband. micro-interruptions?
