Passed Electroncs Test, Hotwire Talent Saved Electroncs Test

My scrolling toast screen shows these two notifications back-to-back. Does this mean there were two electronics tests in a row: 1) I passed the first skill check with a roll, and 2) I failed the second skill check roll but passed it with my talent? 

This pattern of notifications seems common--"Passed [TypeA] Skill Test" followed immediately by "[TypeA] Talent Saved [TypeA] Skill Test".
The following related pattern also seems common--"Failed [TypeB] Skill Test" followed immediately by "[TypeB] Talent Saved [TypeB] Skill Test".

I guess this means that it is common for two skill tests of the same type to follow each other. (One alternate interpretation is that Skill Tests are using both a roll and a Talent.)

I do occasionally see two skills checks of the same type come up one right after the other, without Talents involved.

I think yours might be just coincidence.

You can separate the events by an icon. If there are 2 icons, then there were 2 events. Yes, it is definitely possible to have to Electronics tests back to back.
