I did this officer the kindness of dismissing them while at port, instead of after leaving port through the airlock to the void of space. Looking forward to more options or, maybe, a cool graphic of the current options. :-)

I really wish you would change it so that if there were 4 or more snobs, the morale penalty ends.

I really wish you would change it so that if there were 4 or more snobs, the morale penalty ends. Me too! But it is really far out of scope and budget. The system is not designed in anyway for that kind of counting.

I ran out of stuff to do with my Captain so decided to do a tour of the entire galaxy. In the second-last quadrant (#23 out of 24), after visiting 187 planets, I managed to find one where Basic Medicines is actually cheaper than $88/unit. Actually, everything is cheaper than normal here. Wow, that was almost worth it.

Nice place! You've got 221 Rep, so you should be able to snag a permit easily if you can find someone selling

No dice. I have 142 visited Contacts, but no one from this Faction has enough Influence to get me a decent Permit. Not without me actually running Missions for them (I've only done 5 Missions with this Character). With 1.1 million credits, it really doesn't matter to me at this point.

Wow, you are one connected Star Trader! Keep in mind that the influence you need to get a decent permit is often based on you doing missions (so they can to trust you to offer awesome things, including level 3 or 4 permits), plus doing such missions will often increase their influence with said faction (so they are able to offer you awesome things). But the best thing about ST/ST2 is that you can play it anyway you'd like, I'm sure you are gang-busting in other areas to get the credits that high. đź‘Ť đź‘Ť

Hi, I'm the Court Assassin. In between killing people, I heal people at a reduced rate.

Is Biowaste a raw resource? And did my captain and one of my officers really gain morale from Latrine duty?

It's not the Biowaste that's raw... it's the experience of having to deal with it.
Falling into that "small seam of raw resources" certainly sounds risky to me!
By the way, I am totally imagining some punk scavenger trying to loot your cache. Boy, is he going to regret opening up that treasure chest.

Hahhaha, athios yes he is. Put a fancy lock on it if you really want to ruin his day Yes, Biowaste is a raw resource. It is more commonly found on Jungle or Garden worlds, where you can imagine different types of piles of decomposed stuff than human poo-poo.
