Well, as long as the Trade Ban with House Thulun lasts, I had better find something to do that will cover ship repairs.
Let's see if we cannot make friends with Rychart, now that we know where one of their Politicians live. They probably only dislike us a little. With their on-going trouble with Steel Song, anybody who eliminates Steel Song Smugglers and Pirates and Spies when the opportunity presents itself can be forgiven a few torpedeos quite some time ago. Begin with a pardon, it will be cheap.

And about as effective as you would expect for 0$. Looks like somebody typed '>0' when they meant '>=0' This screen should have been the 'No pardon is needed' one.
