Crew HP Displays incorrect? Too make sure this is really happening, I tested it in two separate games. I automatically go to crew healing every time I land. More than 1 crew member displays less than 100% HP in their individual statistics screen, but never shows up on the healing screen. I cannot tell you exactly when it starts happening. I'm flying with a badly beat up crew, the low HP is the starting HP crew members will use if they enter combat. I never paid attention before. I Just clicked on the spice hall's heal button, if I got a blank screen just moved on to other tasks. This crew member is a good example: 1) No radiation Storm 2) No recent Combat (ship to ship, or ground) 3) Payed, healed (not showing up), and Spiced everytime ship lands 4) No Hidden traits 5) Basic Difficulty 6) Morale doesn't seem to be an issue. I have crew at 100% with the same problem displayed below.

You are missing something important, John RobinsonWhen you go to the Doctor like this: The note in the bottom left corner tells you how good the doctor is. The one I am showing is a pretty good doctor. He or she can heal you up to 135 HP. There are doctors who are only good for 60 HP. How good a doctor is, is dependent on the Gov rating of the place. So you need to track how much were they injured before they went to the doctor, how many HP the doctor is good for, and how their HP changed to see if what you have is a)bug b) the way it is supposed to be. When Captain Scott, above, leaves the doctor's office with 135/138 HP, that is not a bug.

grävlingThanks for pointing that out. I guessed it just before posting the bug. Every single time I land on a planet, the amount of HP the doctor can heal displays. They problem is none of my injured people's names appear on the screen. After discovering the problem. I flew to several planets one after the other just to test the healing. Same result healing screen displayed no names. Next started a new game, played awhile and bingo, the problem reappeared. Whole different crew with injuries not being displayed. I like the direction you are going in. The solution maybe staring me right in the face and I'm still missing it. During every Alpha I'm always guessing, Is this a bug or I don't know how to play the game yet? I'ts usually the later more than the former. What the heck, might as well report it. Thanks

I'm not sure whether it would be beneficial to list all injured crew in the Doctor screen, and simply state that these people can't be healed further here. Or a one-liner "12 other crew have remaining injuries, but the Doctors here do not have sufficient skills to heal them further."
If people don't specifically look through the crew manifest, sometimes it's hard to catch this. In my last game, I didn't notice that all friendly planets in an entire quadrant had sucky doctors. I had to hyper warp to get my crew healed properly.

I don't want to have to look all through my crew for injuries. It's a dashboard sort of thing. Yow! There must be a Meteor Storm -- we all just got very sick! Change course for nearest doctor who has more than bandages, #1.

Excellent observations, and suggestions as usual. I have used the crew filter, one of the choices is to list everybody that's injured. First time I used it, "You have got to be kidding me!" Maybe the Captain shouldn't cook his special stew for the crew again, (or at least wash his hands first).

[/quote] We're working on including this in the HUD, but a crew HP average is going to be pretty low value. I do not think we will add it. It just hides the truth of the facts (22 crew with great HP and 2 crew near death). What you really want is an alert that informs you that 2 crew are badly wounded, 3 crew are wounded, and 6 crew are low morale.
